1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

If you are accessing 777fd on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement. 3 Eligibility & Registration

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual may hold only one active 777fd account. If 777fd identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be closed and any remaining balances may be subject to forfeiture following an investigation.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777fd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 777fd immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. 777fd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

777fd employs 256-bit SSL encryption, secure session management, and automatic logout on inactivity to protect your account. However , you acknowledge that no digital system is entirely immune to security threats and that you bear responsibility for keeping your own device and access credentials secure.

777fd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account where suspicious activity, unusual login patterns, or potential security breaches are detected, pending investigation. Players will be notified where such action is taken, unless notification itself would compromise the integrity of the investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777fd are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777fd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

The following transaction thresholds apply to all 777fd accounts:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Platform withdrawal fees: Zero. 777fd does not deduct any fee from withdrawal amounts. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently of 777fd.

• Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three business hours during normal banking hours.

777fd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations. This requirement forms part of 777fd's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Deposits made via a particular payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method, subject to technical constraints. 777fd reserves the right to reverse a deposit to its source in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777fd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which shall form part of this Agreement upon your acceptance of the bonus.

General bonus terms applicable across all 777fd promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to eligible registered players who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each promotion applies once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 777fd are subject to the specific game rules and betting terms applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets, once confirmed on the 777fd platform, are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player except where 777fd expressly provides a cash-out or cancellation feature for the relevant market.
• 777fd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded.

Interrupted or abandoned matches will follow the applicable sport's standard rules for settlement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777fd platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and may have funds forfeited pending investigation:

• Creating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a prior suspension or closure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share account credentials, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner designed to exploit 777fd's systems.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of unlawful origin through the 777fd platform in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud, or making false representations to 777fd support staff.
• Interfering with, reverse-engineering, or attempting to access the 777fd platform's underlying code, servers, databases, or security infrastructure.
• Accessing or using 777fd from a Restricted Territory where such access is prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward 777fd support staff or other users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777fd platform — including but not limited to software code, game engines, graphics, logos, brand names, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777fd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777fd platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any 777fd content without prior written authorisation.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from 777fd materials.
• Use the 777fd brand name, logo, or any associated marks in connection with any third-party product, service, or website.
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the 777fd platform without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of 777fd intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability. 777fd actively monitors for and pursues infringement of its intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fd's total liability to any player in connection with this Agreement — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 777fd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

777fd shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the 777fd platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond 777fd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 777fd's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited at 777fd's discretion, subject to the outcome of any applicable investigation. Where account closure occurs for reasons other than breach — such as at the player's own request or following a voluntary self-exclusion — any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 777fd support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. During this period, your account will remain accessible unless you request an immediate temporary suspension.

13 Privacy & Data
